Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
• You must provide proof of purchase (your Tweeter order number).

1. Email us at returns@tweeter.ng or use the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
3. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the RA email.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

The following cannot be returned:

• Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
• Opened perfumes and beauty products that have been used
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
• Personalised or custom-made items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will arrange a free collection and full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the return is the result of our error (wrong item, damaged goods), we will cover all return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
